The OAUG Member of the year is awarded every year to an individual within an OAUG Member organization making an outstanding contribution to the OAUG and its members. The OAUG Innovator of the Year award is given to an OAUG user member organization that has demonstrated innovative and breakthrough techniques using the standard functionality of an Oracle Application.

Benefit for OAUG User Members — Free Annual Assessment of Security and Internal Controls
FulcrumWay will offer OAUG User Members an annual Assessment of Security and Internal Controls (PDF file) in Oracle E-Business Suite release 11.03 - 12.1, at no charge, one time per year. This assessment is based on a comprehensive FulcrumWay Controls Library which includes over three hundred security polices and internal controls that are widely used by Oracle E-Business customers for ERP assurance, IT Governance, Continuous Controls Monitoring and SOX Compliance. Our Controls Library has been reviewed by major audit firms including all the Big Four Audit Firms.
The FulcrumWay Security and Controls assessment will include the following reports:
- Segregation of Duties (SOD) Reports list Users and Responsibilities that violate of SOD Polices based on the assignment of Functions and Menus.
- Restrictive Functions list Users and Responsibilities that have access to functions that can significantly impact financial results and business operations.
- Sensitive Data list tables and database objects where sensitive data resides. Access to sensitive data such as employee social security numbers, customer credit cards and vendor banking accounts must be protected.
- Application Setups (AIM BR100s) Reports help document key setups to “baseline” applications for change controls, support, new deployments, patching and upgrades.
- Suspicious Transactions reports list transaction that can lead to fraud, financial losses and inaccurate reporting.
