Standard Booths

Booth Package (per 100 sq ft): USD $4,900

Per 100 sq ft you’ll receive:

• A USD $150 credit, per company, will be applied to your lead retrieval unit of choice
• One wastebasket
• One ID sign (per company)
• 1 full conference
• 3 exhibit staff badges
• New! 3 complimentary customer passes to exhibit hall (lunch not included)
• New! 2 booth number floor stickers
• New! Basic online company listing (per company). Upgrade your company listing today (details below)!

Payment:

• Early bird rate is USD $47 per sq ft prior to Dec 31, 2009
• Regular rate is USD $49 per sq ft on or after Jan 1, 2010

Premium Exhibit Space

Do you target members of two or more of the three organizations (IOUG, OAUG, Quest)? If so, the Crossover Section may be for you.

A limited number of booth spaces are available in the Crossover Section. This space, surrounding Oracle’s booth, makes it easier for companies whose products and services apply to all COLLABORATE attendees to reach a maximum audience.

To be in this area requires an additional USD $1,500 per company regardless of booth size.

New! Online Floor plan Listings

Exhibiting companies will receive a basic listing as part of their booth package — one per company (company descriptions will not be printed in the COLLABORATE Program Guide).

Upgraded Listing Options

This upgrade includes company logo, unlimited word description, active Web address, ability to display press releases and marketing handouts, access to the exhibitor extranet for statistical data, communication with opt-in show attendees (list of qualified leads), listing displayed in “Featured Exhibitor” drop-down search tab.

This multi-media upgrade allows your company to display looping video presentations. Upgrade to this opportunity and showcase your product demonstrations right away.
